Use
The sieving cleaner and separator function allows to split the great and thin corps present in the product.
Operation
The product runs for gravity in a motorized roll machine, and is uniformally placed
on all its width. Subsequently it is put, with a voile drop, through a transversal
air flow which will remove the lighter parts (decanted from a cyclone or filter),
depositing a share of powders and heavier corps in the settling hopper equipped with
archimedean screw for the rejects expulsion.
The cleaned product from the powders runs in one or more sieves level, splitting it
in accordance with the holes typology. At the outlet the good product, uniformally
placed on all the level width, with a second voile drop, it is put again through a
transversal air flow, which will remove the remaining powders and the corps still
present in the product.
